Yu-Chen Chi’s Story
For many years I was sitting in a CFO chair and pushing for more profit. Like many companies out there today, I helped companies cut cost, improve efficiency and increase sales, but neglected one of the most important elements in business growth, that is to develop myself and other employees.
Years ago some traumatic events in both my professional and personal life changed me and I realized that employees are the most important asset companies have and that companies need to change their approach to their human capital management.
When employees can think clearly, set better priorities, make better decisions, and adapt to needed changes in daily operations, can you imagine the productivity increases that can bring?
I formed New Heights Partners in 2012 because I believed that a well-developed process can assist people to grow faster in desired directions. Years of commitment and hard work have resulted in a well developed training and coaching process called “Optimize Operating DNA and Develop a Growth Path” which has helped many individuals and organizations to the higher levels of growth.
This process provides a framework on which to assist individuals and organization to build an improved future. It provides tools, wisdom and guidance that gives people the benefit of a better understanding of the issues they have lived through and provides emotional support and reassurance that somebody who has “been there, done that” can offer help and direction to navigate their way through their professional and personal lives and achieve better results.
After I joined the John Maxwell Team and became a certified professional trainer and coach, I integrated the “Optimize Operating DNA and Develop a Growth Path” process with John’s leadership principles. The improved process framework takes individuals from where they are to where they want, and need, to be, through training, mentoring and coaching.
